I have been using Taxbrain for about 4 years now. This year Taxbrain royally screwed me and thousands of other customers by having our direct deposit refunds deposited in the WRONG bank! When you use their live chat to discuss the situation you are greeted with very broad answers to questions you arent even asking. Then they want to dish you off to another company that they use to deposit the funds with and no longer communicate with you by closing the chat window on me. I now have to wait 3-4 weeks for a paper check to be mailed to me because of those RETARDS! Stay far far away from Taxbrain if you want a timely return. They did tell me though that since I was recieving a paper check that they would waive my filing fee, which to me is just a slap in the face as well as an insult to my intelligence! I would have liked to have seen how they woulda collected those fees anyway w/ the customers getting their full refunds mailed to them! I know I woulda laughed at em and told thim to go and screw themselves!!!
