I am also a victim of the 2010 Taxbrain routing number mistake. My refund was sent to the wrong bank due to Taxbrain incorrectly coding my tax return. The worst part was their lack of concern. They ignored our frantic phone calls and e-mails. They knew about the problem on January 15, 2010, but they didn't officially notify their customers until February 2, 2010. Horrible customer service!
