The folks at Projector People made my first purchase of a home theater projector easier than it ever could have been at a local chain store. Even though it all happened on the phone, the consultant that I spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable of the technology, and was even a user of the same products in her home. She was just as keen on cost-saving as I was trying to be. When the product I chose was on back-order, she assured me that my name would be on the waiting list to receive my projector when the first batch came in. My order even arrived a full week earlier than she had predicted. Nothing could have been easier, and I am entirely confident in my order. No buyer's remorse here!
