Endless mailings! The customer service and orderering was mixed, as two of the items they sent were wrong and had to be re-done. The only reason I'm reviewing is to warn people about the catalogues. I asked when I made my first and only order to be on no mailing lists and receive no catalogues. As catalogue after catalogue arrived, I called each time and asked to be taken off the list. At this point it's been over 9 months and they haven't stopped. Each time they say they will stop but they don't. It's easier to order items elsewhere--once Athleta has your address, the catalogues won't stop.
