the website is poorly designed and a mess to navigate. i had checkout problems with the site so they called me the next day to confirm my order, when you try to confirm a order on the website it just gets stuck on a loading screen and paypal wouldn't even complete the transaction either. i got my item but the website charged me twice for the same item. one from the customer service rep (which is outsourced from india) and one from the website that didn't confirm my order. i just wanted to buy some panoxyl acne cream because i can't find it anywhere locally and i didn't want to pay for the shipping cost on drugstore.com because i didn't want to buy 49$ worth of items, i truly regret buying from drugstore.com because they are much more reliable and the website is much more user friendly and now i'm jipped 11$. i'm very dissatisfied with my purchase. also the website has problems creating a registered account, so i wasted alot of time trying to figure out how to make one and gave up and just prayed that i'd get an email with my tracking number. if you don't want to have a high likelihood of your purchase getting messed up, i'd look elsewhere to buy from.
