I ordered Lindt Kirsch Batons which had to be special-ordered from Germany. I was patient and very grateful to wait the three months it took to receive the product.
I was careful in my order to select three of the the 64 piece box. I felt that $53 was an appropriate price for 64 piece box. The 32 piece box was priced at something less but I don't remember what it was. When I received the order confirmation it confirmed my order by weight (250 g). I didn't know that the weight confirmed was for a 32 piece box. What I received was three of the 32 piece boxes for the same price. Global Chocolates website has since changed and they don't offer a choice between the 64 or 32 piece box. They only offer the 64 piece box and it states that the 64 piece box is 250 g. They blamed their distributor in Germany for giving them the wrong information and did not offer to make it right. I feel ripped off - I received 1/2 of what I thought I was paying for.
