I received the carrier much sooner then expected. The only down side was the false advertising on the website. They said you would receive a free baby sign language video with the purchase, which I did not receive.
The carrier is in excellent condition, but I question as to wether it was new or not. It was not in the original plastic bag that they come in. It was in the original box, but not the plastic. I have a feeling someone ordered it, and returned it.
Oh well...I do like the carrier.
