I purchased a $24.99, dozen red roses for my wife (Valentines 2010). After taxes, and fees, the total came out to $60.08 (first sign). The flowers arrived at the indicated date, but once I opened the box, I was shocked that they send me 8 small red buds (small meaning a bit bigger than 1/4 of an inch...the size of your fingernail). Not even 12...It looked so bad, and to be honest, it actually looked like a bunch of green weeds in a fancy pot. I did call them, and expressed my huge disappointment. I was ready to have a huge argument, but it seems like they are used to this because they had no problem giving me a full refund. But, the damage was already done, where else was I going to find roses on valentine's day? They will NOT tell you that they don't have the roses in stock, but soone or later you'll find out that they just wanted your business....they lost mine!

Please, don't waste your time sending red roses from ProFlowers to your significant other, you'll be embarrased and frustrated. Go with a company that has a better reputation, or that you know they sell what they advertize. J
