Williams Sonoma used to provide quality customer service that is until I recently tried to order swatches for a sofa.
When I called the WS Home on-line telephone number I was routed to Potter Barn (same retailer) and the representative didn't hestitate in pointing this out. Further, she stated she would attempt to help me but 45 minutes later told me she didn't think my order processed through. I said I would call back at a later time to verify.
The next day I called again and asked if they could verify a swatch order whereby the representative said "no, but I can take a new order for you if I can figure out how to do it!" Wow!
They have spoiled my efforts to purchase the Harrison sofa $1900 + and I would recommend anyone else interested in purchasing furniture to find another retailer and one where you receive personal customer service. For high end furniture one would think they would offer high end customer service. Not so!
