Ordered several times. No probs. Most recent "buy" this week. Found a better deal on the dig camera, but Beach had the bottom line on dig pic printer. Also had online rebate forms for print out.
Had some questions while figuring all this out. Beach has online help. Kind of slow on load. Sends all chat talk to email. If you hit BACK, it reloads and reloads. Cut session and pull new page after getting online chat help. Otherwise you get a lot of no-chat chat pages.
Beach emails when item leaves Fed Ex. Arrives packed well and on promised time schedule. Do check IN STOCK. Camera was not in stock which is main reason price checked more on that item. Found slightly better price and in stock, but would have bought and been stuck with back order at Beach.
Overall--Go for it. Great prices. Follow up solid.
Do watch for--Out of stock. High ship (which can tip price to other stores--but not often). Lots of add-on suggestions. Kinky online help interface.
