If you know what you want/need -- it can save you some $$.
However, the web site design is below par, and customer service is slow and uncooperative. We ordered a couple of times, and the goods arrived in good shape. But -- arrival time can be long. Also, some items never made it. We were not charged for them, but when I asked if I can replace the unavailable items, w/o incurring shipping charges (since there is a minimum of $59 for free shipping) -- they first acted as if they didn't understand the question, and finally said NO. As some people mentioned, if you do not know EXACTLY when you are ordering, you maybe surprised when it arrives. A few (admittedly cheap) books we ordered were nothing more then a booklet, at best. The best part of the site (for us) was the apparel. I needed some tee-shirts, and at about $1 each, the tees and sweatshirts are really unbeatable bargains. If you can find a university or college you like -- and the items are on sale -- you are in luck. I'm wearing one of them tees as I write this. OK, so I didn't know there even is an "University of Holistic Arts" before -- but the shirt colors & quality is more then enough for me.
