After taking my order, SuperBookDeals sent me an e-mail saying that they would not accept payment by New Zealand credit card unless I faxed them an image of both sides of the card plus a signed form authorizing the debit. Completely unacceptable behavior by a merchant: they basically breached the contract to supply the merchandise. Their Website had given no indication that they only accept foreign credit cards with such faxed documentation. Indeed, the Website had accepted my credit card number and its security code. Never, ever will I buy anything again from SuperBookDeals.
