Ordered two pair of shoes. They substituted one pair for something completely different from what I ordered. I want to return these, but not at my expense since I didnt order them. Contacted them by email three days ago. Have not heard back from them at this point. But I will update my opinion once I am contacted as to whether their service is good or not.
