I DID like this company until they just told me I can no longer order from their site. Who does that?
I was looking for a pair of earrings. I have to order them to see them in person, not blown up 5 times their size in a picture. So I ordered 1 pair - too small. Ordered 2 pair to choose, sent 1 back. Ordered 4 pair to finally decide if I really liked white topaz. Chose one faceted cushion cut sent the other 3 back and the prior 1. I later decided they were too big for the necklace i was trying to wear with them. so I returned them.
Than they say:Due to your excessive rate of returns, we can no longer accept orders from you. Any future order you may place will be automatically cancelled. Thanks.
I was not just ordering to order I was trying to complete a look with ONLINE images and they fault me!
