this was a very bad experience for me.I was on a short time frame with my kitchen getting totaly remodled.I decided to get electrolux range,dishwasher and fridge.Im one of those best price suffers online,i dont buy anything localy. aj madson had the new EW30IS65JS slidein range on there site.well after 1 week i called to find out tracking order status and was told they are waiting on electrolux to send them the range,it will be there by the end of the week and shipped out to me.the dishwasher and range totaled $4500(range 3200)since it was a large amount i decided to call electrolux directly to confirm they are a authorized dealer and they were but what i found out was that the range goes into production sometime next month(march)and wont ship directly to the disturbors until june or july and was told that is also not a guarante either since production problems may arise. needless to say i called aj madison again,on hold 4 transfers again just to be told be a sales person there that the info i got from electrolux was not right and there elec rep said there in production next week and i should have it in 2 weeks.the person that "checked" on this information put me on hold for about 40-45 seconds and found all that out?? i called electroux back,spoke to a new person,asked same question,got same answer,ready to ship this summer.
now on to the refund....i paid with paypal and because i also sell a large amount of online product the 4,500 was taken out of my balance the day i paid online,then it was returned by aj madison after we spoke today back into my paypal account. i thought it was all taken care of and now there is a second charge this time of 869.00 from aj madson on my paypal account placed a couple hours after the refund.they sell items that arent even made yet and there website what gives? all i wanted was the gOsh darn range and i got lied to. they didnt even want me to refund payment,they want me to buy another range but wouldnt honor price matching from there arch rival. if i ran my business in the same way they do i wouldnt of had the 4,500 to blow on a range and dishwasher
