I am currently deployed in support of OIF 09-11. I have been here for 10 months now, and with that being said I have missed allot of holidays. Valentines Day was approaching us and although this is not my favorite holiday I felt like I needed to do something wonderful for my husband to let him know how much I Love him. So, I visited the site and saw the answer to my deli ma and they offered a puzzle that you had to put together to read the message. I thought long and hard about what I wanted to say, and off it went. I was so thrilled what a nice idea. I called home for Valentines Day and couldn't wait for my husbands response to my present, and he said that it was a great token of my love for him, but there was no need in putting it together simply because the message was taped on the side of the bag. So, I was so upset, I contacted the site about this and all I received was, we will refer this to the marketing department. Nothing.. it is now almost 3 weeks the puzzle is still put in the bag, and still no reply to the consumer. I will never buy from this company again just for the lack of customer service.
