Toss out from their homes I see, before they've learned their ABC. Now I know that's stretching the truth, but you will have to admit they are still youth. Parents can no longer tolerate their acts, their drugs, haircuts or pierced body parts. In every town and nearly every city, they are hanging around, what a pity. Smoking pot and looking weird, some skip school or grow a beard. Parents are shocked when they move out, "Thank God" some are heard to shout. Some join groups of the motorcycle type, it gives them hope and a strange hype. There you have the modern scene, a bad situation and a terrible dream. So let's put this story to an end, it's sad indeed but the truth my friend. They'll call up Mom when they get in a jam, that's the sad saga of Life On The Lam!  |
