I ordered two hats and noticed the shipping address was different. I contacted them twice and left it at that. The order was shipped and I noticed it was STILL the wrong address. I called them and they proceeded to lecture me and to handle it through my credit card company. ... I told them I wanted an immediate refund or a replacement shipment sent. I find it hard to believe a multi-million dollar company is unable to refund me $50 or send me 2 hats that cost $1 each to make. I was hung up once, then I called again where the manager lectured me AGAIN. Another person accepted my shipment, my money is gone, and I have nothing. I filed a report with the BBB. I spoke to Dakeesha and Tina. I also have verification of the order #, status, and case number with the BBB. I advise you to stay away from this company.
