Purchased a dishwasher and received an email that it was out of stock. Seems to be the running theme with this company. They then said it would ship 3-5 days later. It took about 12 days to ship. Then I received the dishwasher and it has a hole in the tub. Now that may or may not have anything to do with them, something I could never prove and they know it. The customer service line is a joke. I've called on 8 seperate occasions and have actually spoken to someone once. I've waited at least 10 minutes on each occasion. The prices may be better, but the aggrevation is just not worth it. AVOID AVOID AVOID
