Should Have Checked Their BBB Rating (F) First!

I ordered two bottles of mouthwash, which I received in unusable condition. The safety seals were pealed half off and the product was leaking all over both of the bottles.
I made numerous phone calls and also sent an email with pictures, as they said they required in order to give me my refund. The subject of that email was REFUND REQUESTED, but they still felt the need to reply to it by asking if I wanted a replacement or a refund, even though I had told them in the initial phone call as well that I would only accept a refund. I was told the refund would come within 24 hours of me sending the email, so of course, with their email requesting clarification, I imagine that is their way of buying more time before they have to refund me. I was reasonable and waited 24 hours from the time I sent the second email. On the next call to them, they acted as if they never received my email. Every time I spoke to anyone, I always felt as if they were using delay tactics. There were more phone calls and they never did give me my full refund. I decided to try and help others by filing a complaint with the BBB and also by getting on twitter. Every day I twitter the name AmericaRx and a link to their BBB rating of F. I really wish others would do the same. I think people need to be aware of companies like this. This company profits by keeping money that is not theirs.
