bad experience and over charged shipping cost

I was disappointed with the customer service...hard to get ansers to questions regarding correct item needed. Then shippment was a huge hassle. Plus they over charge for shipping. My same package could have shipped for $4.95 by USPS "if it fits it ships", but instead I paid $12.95 for UPS that messed it up. I do not recommend e-trailer.com at all.
