We needed to secure funding fast and with no issues. The seller we were working with required us to clear all contingencies within 7 days instead of the normal seventeen. Amerisave came through with flying colors! They had an appraiser out and assigned a day after we locked in! The rest of the process went so fast, we actually had the option to close almost two weeks early! (The seller refused of course :-( ) I also loved the "up front lender" thing. I tried to deal with other loan folks and just hated it. It was always suspect with fees and profits buried in weird places. The upfront process made everything seem on the up and up. We did feel a bit weird using an online service for such an important transaction, but now I am convinced we made the right choice. This was way better. Our loan processor was always helpful and very easy to reach through email and telephone. I also loved that you could electronically sign paperwork as needed and that you could go to your account and visually see where the process was.
For someone who hates to negotiate and just wants to get a good deal with great customer support and excellent speed of processing with few hoops to jump through this is the place for you.
