Unresponsive CSR - Does not stand behind Return Policy

I would advise against ordering from this mob. They do not stand behind their return policy, it particular (extract from website):
"...
If you were shipped the wrong product in error, you may return the product at our expense for a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges..."
I ordered some Move Free Twin Packs from them thinking that the twin packs contain two containers with 160 tablets each when in fact the containers only contain 80 tablets (they made the picture small enough that you couldn't clearly see how much tablets were in each container). Their website said that each container contains 80 servings, each serving being 2 tablets. Any reasonable person would think that would make 160 tablets per container, and in a twin pack there are 2 containers, meaning 320 tablets. Since I was buying these as gifts (I bought about $150 worth), I was willing to compromise by paying a little bit extra to get an equivalent per unit cost that were sold at Costco and they can refund me the difference. Customer service would not budge and said that if I don't want it I can just return it and they would only refund the product cost and NOT the shipping charges.... Unbelievable!! No attempt to work with customers...So much for their return policy. I would vote with my feet, and not buy from them again. I should have bought @ Costco in the first place.
