You know something. I am running into this EXACT problem right now. I wrote etronics a NASTY e-mail (read my review) and now FIVE days later, they reply, and give me my tracking number...but ooohh...guess what? IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! I think I will call the Bed of Business Bureau. AND the shipping they are charging me is OUTRAGEOUS for four tiny speakers! I think I will call UPS also, and find out how much I SHOULD be charged...hmm..I think I have my work cut out for me!
