I can't even go into the story and experience that I had with cricket. I haven't even received my phone yet and have had the worst customer service imaginable. Not only have I, like others, been transferred over and over to another representative, there is lie after lie after lie. They REFUSSE to give me an address to their corporate office in San Diego, however, by reading previous reviews, it doesn't sound like they are much help either. While waiting for my phone which is supporse to be here by tomorrow, I just found out it is a refurbished phone which was not disclosed whatsoever when I made the purchase. And, trust me when I tell you DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT OR ATM CARD....you will be sorry. You will not be able to have that removed even on a pay as you go without a HUGE hassle. I suggest a class action law suit by all of us who have been scammed, lied to and misrepresentation seems to be what they do best. Wish some of you would think about it as they should not be able to run a business like this!!!
I am definitely going to contact the Better Business Bureau in the meantime and hope all of you who are dissatisfied do the same. Even after speaking to several supervisors, nothing changed. One supervisor actually told me he was the man in charge and there was no one over his head except the corporate office. It must feel good to have that much power!
