I found what I was looking for at a great price. They shipped quickly and securely. I'd gladly deal with them again.
The only things that concerned me were related to something I saw after my order was fully placed. On the confirmation, it said "Vintage Substitution OK" and I quickly went back through the web pages I was on to see where such a thing would be checked or unchecked, and didn't see anything like that. I attempted to call the next morning, and first got no answer, then an answering machine with some sort of "maybe we'll get back to you" message on it.
I decided to wait and see what came, if I had to take the shipment back to the store, it was only about an hour and a half away from me, and for the money involved, I was willing to do that, since I had paid with a credit card (Amex) that would have gone to bat for me on this, if need be.
The wine arrived, and it was exactly what I ordered, at exactly the price I had agreed to pay. Like I said, I will deal with them again, but I'd appreciate being able to decline to order if I cannot get the exact vintage I want, since wines vary considerably from year to year.
