Vitacost connected to credit card fraud and Bad Service

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! I have purchased from Vitacost.com before and did not have a problem. But last week I ordered nearly $200 worth of products. I had not used my credit card for a couple of weeks and within 20 minutes of placing my Vitacost.com order I was getting strange charges for hundreds of dollars. The Fraud protection from my CC Company called me to alert me to this. I contacted Vitacost.com and told them that they needed to check with their Credit Card processor for a leak. They didn't care. But then I got my order and one very expensive item was missing. I assumed the packer just forgot it and thought Vitacost would help me. NO!!! They said that they would have to have UPS do an investigation. I explained the box was not tampered with and that there was no way in transit that the box was opened. Still they refused to send me the expensive item ordered while they did this investigation. I was just out hte money and the item. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they were too busy and would have to call me back. Which they did not do. I have to file a chargeback to get my money back. This on top of having my credit card information stolen and used by some company to the tunes of hundreds of dollars and then having to cancel my Card and acct. And having to get new acct and card. And the company couldn't care and did not want to help me. This was frustrating, and I had been a good customer and they don't care.
