I bought 3 HP toner cartridges from Online Supply Store. Two of the 3 were defective. Two would not seat correctly in my printer and one of the three was not even in the plastic wrap with a seal; consequently the toner color came out all over inside the box and on the cartridge itself. I have now sent 5 communications to them requesting that an RMA (the number needed to return them) so that I exchange them. Absolutely no one will respond. Any suggestions?
