The Bottom Line I would recommend this concert to any RUSH fan. We got our money's worth and some.

Rush opened on time while there was still a little sunlight left. They started off strong and tight and that never waivered. The first set consisted of 80 minutes of songs followed by a short 20 minute break. After break it was fully dark and now 4 huge screens played video and effects enhancing the songs along with a great light system complete with lasers. The second set was also 80 minutes at least, and they made every effort to do a mix of everything. All the most popular songs were played, other oldies and a few from the new Snakes and Arrows CD were mixed in. Geddy interracted with the audience and they even had a few little videos sprinkled in, one from South Park that lead into the song Tom Sawyer that was just hillarious.

At no time did Geddy show any signs of slowing down, he bounced and hopped on stage as if he was still in his 30's. There was a drum and lead guitar solo that was excellent and most memorable for me was the drum solo.

I brought my 16 year old son along and he also loved them. For us it was a family outing, I did see some folks with very young kids, probably couldn't get a sitter because I couldn't see how beneficial it would be to see Rush when you're 7. The crowd was manly 40ish and a sprinkling of 16-25's.

The ticket was 29.95 for mid section seats, but we actually ended up moving to the nose bleed section that at this facility is the Lawn Section because the sound was much better.
