My initial order was lost and did not arrive. I called and received a young lady who wasn't sure what to do and put me on hold for over 5 minutes!
Thinking this was a scam, I hung up and called back.
I spoke with another customer service rep who quickly realized the order was never processed in shipping. She assured me it would be shipped the next day and I would receive it within two days, which I did.
I asked for a credit on the S/H due to the lost order and she said she could not do that.
All in all, we love the item, just wished we had been credited the shipping charges.
