I ordered a video card from them because it was a decent price. Let me add that I do have a BS in Computer Science and some IT training, so I do know my way around computer hardware. Well I installed the video card and almost immediately I was getting black lines flickering across the screen. The card nor my system was overclocked, and the monitor is new. Every videocard I have tested on this system has worked flawless except the one I got from SuperBiiz. So I returned it with a detailed explanation of the problems I was having, let me add it was $10 to ship it back, so the "deal" I got was negated. It took nearly 2 weeks for them to even acknowledge that they received it. That is after me contacting them multiple times. They said it was in testing. About 2 weeks after THAT I emailed them again asking for an update. No response. Another email a week later, no response. I finally called and the lady said the "test results" should be in by mid week and they would contact me. The week passed; I heard nothing. So I emailed again. No response. Finally, over a month after I returned the item I got it back in the mail saying that it tested fine. On top of that, they cancelled the Bing Cashback that I was supposed to receive for the reason that it was "returned." Well, it was a return "attempt", not a return, as I got no refund. In the end I payed about $15 MORE for this defective product that I payed originally and it took well over a month for them to return the worthless card to me. They'll lost my business and I'll make sure everyone I know knows to avoid this company.
