First card had no sound but installed fine and picture was good although it only got basic channels (none of the premium channels that I get on my regular TV)????

After I had major problems with the installation I bought a new sound card (Creative SB Live!) thinking that this would help. Didn't--made it worse (one of the best selling sound cards--that's dumb) I found out there are compatibility issues with Creative SB Live! from ATI website.

I'm not just your everyday user either, if I had problems that couldn't be fixed, then a novice user would have a total nightmare. I got bluescreens on boot, ipfs, general protection crashes, really bad.

The new card has no video and the software will not install and it added 2 phantom "unknown" devices that don't exist to the System Hardware profile. I even downloaded drivers from the ATI website, I searched for fixes in user groups. NADA! The only thing I haven't tried is a different company's software.

It also stopped my Intel PC Cam from working?? Can't figure that out.

This hardware/software doesn't work. Will return it for another brand.
