Back in February, we bought $1700 worth of tickets for seats to the Yankees championship opening game on April 13th from TicketsNow. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR TICKETS and the game is only two days away (and today is Sunday)!!! After many promises and assurances with a dozen representatives (Katrina, Christine, Kary, Tenna, etc.) for all these months; NOTHING has been done about it. Yesterday, we spent all morning on the phone and finally spoke to another supervisor and asked Benji how were we going to get our tickets now that the game was ONE business day away and there was no longer any hope of even an overnight FedEx delivery. His answer was "I don't know."!!!!!!! BTW: Yankee tickets even went on sale to the public on March 19th and yet we don't have our tickets purchased from TicketsNow on February 6th??????? Of course, they have a "guarantee" of giving you your money back but that doesn't help my friends and I who thought we had front row seats to a great baseball game. (We all took the day off from work for this event, planned a pre-party and were very excited. Now we can't even buy good new tickets from another vendor as all the front row seats are taken! I am heartbroken and miserable and feel like I let my friends down. Wow...what a way to ruin a great day!) PS I used this ticket provider because they were associated with Ticketmaster and thought they must be OK. Boy, was I wrong! Please tell Ticketmaster how disappointed you are with TicketsNow--I know I will!
