My overall experience with Amerisave has been wonderful. The staff is knowledgable and was able to answer my questions and concerns. My loan advisor was friendly and helped me through many obstacles in the loan process. Being a first time homebuyer is scary enough but having a company and a loan advisor who cares and is there to help you through the process is priceless! I had tried to go with my current banking institution and was passed off from person to person and was told to send the documents to an untitled pow box with no person to reference. I felt as though I was lost in the mortgage world with no one to guide me. Luckily, Amerisave was there for me. From the get go the representatives at Amerisave started the process and helped me figure out how I wanted to proceed with the loan. All my calls were promptly returned and I was always kept in the loop in regards to appraisals, concerns, and was encouraged along the way by all representatives that I worked with. The rates and fees are competitive, that, in combination of the great service makes Amerisave a great company to do business. In short, Amerisave is a great place to go if you are in need of a new loan, refinance or anything mortgage related.
