Terrible customer service, no follow up, late delivery - need I say more?

Worst customer service - their "100% satisfaction guarantee" is a FARCE. I placed an order for a product that was per their website "suitable for wet location". I received the product late, and since it was a custom order I could not return it. Half of my order was delivered, with a warning sign ON the wire "not to be used near water". My electrician did not install it. I called back about this issue and about my remaining order. No response. Each time I called, I was transferred to the same customer service rep who had placed the order - nobody else would talk to me - the salesperson never said that the half of the order was back-ordered and would take time to arrive. It arrived after ONE MONTH! By then I bought other lights and installed them. Anyway, I wrote a negative review on their site, and only then did the salesperson contact me because I mentioned his name. My review was never posted. The salesperson said "the manufacturer says suitable for wet location, and we write what they say". My response - "I did not buy from the manufacturer, I bought from you". They don't stand by the products, they don't ship the products - the manufacturer ships them. Its been THREE months now - the salesguy sent an email to Bruck and CC'd me, I keep following up with both, no response, and my negative review was not posted. The salesperson said, "what do you want me to do? Do you want me to apologize"? I mean, how unprofessional. What 100% satisfaction guarantee are they talking about? Guarantee means you guarantee my satisfaction - not so here. I spent $405 on the products, and their customer service is truly abysmal. Please do not believe the positive reviews on their site - the negative ones are not posted or selectively posted. How come none of the negative reviews talk about how poor their customer service is? STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. If they have better pricing, I am sure there are other sites that will price-match if you call them. Or buy through Bing where you can get cashback which may make up for the discount. I have done both successfully for other purchases. I will NEVER EVER buy from Ylighting, and it infuriates me that they have good reviews and they are still in business despite their lies "100% satisfaction guarantee".
