Good customer service, if you're willing to work through it. If you buy an item through this company, make sure it's what you want. Working out problems can be a bit of a problem, especially if you need to return an item. I was looking for a floating cooler for our pool that would hold a 12 pack of our favorite drinks. While surfing the web I came across Eangler. They showed a picture of a 12 pack Airhead Aqua Oasis floating cooler. (The description said 24 pack, picture showed 12 pack). I ordered the item via paypal & attached a message asking them to look at the item and visibly verify it was the 12 pack floating cooler before shipping it. (Airhead made a 12 & 24 pack floating cooler.) I received the item and guess what was sent. An airhead 24 can floating cooler.. I emailed them and explained everything & asked for a full refund. They emailed me back a couple days later refusing to do this. They told me I could return it under their 30 day policy, at my expense of course, & have to pay anywhere between a 15 & 25% restocking fee. (Depending on what their warehouse wanted to charge.) Very upsetting especially when I asked them to visibly verify it before shipping it. A few emails & a few days later we finally worked out the problem. They gave me a full refund via paypal & let me keep the item! I never wanted it for it free, all I wanted was a full refund & return shipping labels. There were errors on both our parts, but because of the situation & the way it was handled at the time, they let me keep it & apologized!!! There's not to many companies out there that would do this. It might take some time but I would buy from them again.
