Unbelievable!! I placed an order with them 3 weeks ago, i get an email saying it will be on backorder for a month, so i go ahead and cancel my order. 4 days later i see a charge for approx. $250 and immediately call BOTACH.... no response. No returned email, no return phone calls... nothing! Today, 2 weeks later, i finally get ahold of a representative who is clueless on how to help me so i ask to speak to her manager. She tells me he'll call me back. NO chance im getting off the phone this time so I demand she stay on the line. 15 minutes later the manager comes on and explains to me that this is a regular thing when dealing with any company...not true at all but hey as long as i get my money back ill play your silly little games. As soon as i asked him to cancel my entire order and refund the money he responds ok and hangs up! Ive never dealt with such a anti-customer service company before. DO NOT do business with these people, save yourself some stress and go with another company. They may have low prices but id honestly spend another $10-$30 knowing i'll at least get what i paid for in a timely manner.
