I’m not impressed with this company. I ordered a leather high back chair. I followed the directions and put it together and it was very high off of the floor. I called them and explained that I'm 6' 3" and can't even put my feet on the floor. They did send me out another piston, but the same issue occurred. I tried to exchange or return the chair, but they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for shipping and a restocking fee! I even had my wife take a look at it. She put together over 50 chairs for her office and she stated that there was something definitely wrong with the chair – it was like a high chair or stool height. The bottom line is that if you don’t get what you paid for, you should be able to have it exchanged or replaced at no additional cost to you. Biz Chair would not do an exchange without charging me shipping, and refused to tell me how low the chair is able to go. I have learned my lesson and will never again order a chair online with a company that does not stand behind their products. It’s much better to go to your local store where you can always return the product if is defective.
