Bad. Don't use this company.
I ordered a stereo amplifier from ABT. I read reviews about ABT Electronics and most were good so made the order. Never Again. The website has a section for each item on it's website and it's availability. The amplifier was listed as on sale and in stock. The website even goes as far as to define "in stock" as meaning the item is currently in stock & in their warehouse.
I have a schedule I'm trying to adhere to so getting the amplifier in a reasonable amount of time was important to me. I still hadn't received an email indicating the amplifier had shipped after 2 days so I decided to check my order. The amplifier was listed as on backorder.
I immediately looked up the amplifer on the website and it's still listed as in stock. I called customer service and was told the amplifier had been on backorder but the website is not a live feed so it can't be immediately updated when item becomes out of stock. I pointed out I'd ordered the amplifier 2 days ago and the website still wasn't updated.
The customer support represenative was apologetic but also made it clear the item had never recently been in stock and they also had no idea when, or if ever, the item would be back in stock.
I asked to cancel my order. The rep responded by telling me I would get an email confirmation and then hung up on me without warning. Still no email cancelation email and it's been several days. I now plan to cancel the order through my credit card.
Don't trust the other reviews about this company being good. Many of the reviews are because ABT sends a customer review within minutes after you place your order. You don't have the option to take the survey at a later time. I was super satisfied when I placed my order and almost completed the survey like most people likely do and just assume everything will go as expected. I didn't complete the survey and I'm definitely not satisified.
I will never order anything from ABT electronics again.
