Pros:There is no pros about this company.
Cons:Very poor customer service. Don't live up to contract. Over billings
The Bottom Line: I can not believe anyone would have anything good to say about them. I know to many people that have had problems or are having problems

The company said it would service our area. And it did not. Got calls on the bill that never were made.They said they would take the calls off and they never did. They said we were in there call area at the time of getting the phone and and we were not. Every call was a roaming call. we tried to cancel the service and they said they would not let us.Very poor customer service. We have documentation proving our case but they don't care. They call 3 to 5 times a day and threaten with a suit. I have never delt with a company like them before. We have good credit. But they said they will ruin our credit if we don't pay. So we offered to pay everything but the calls that we didn't make and they said no. Either we pay it all in one check or they will sue us.
