I placed a large order in March. Most of the items were not as described: Comfortable did NOT desribe the bra tops in the bland colored dresses, and the quality of the items did not justify the high price. 1 item from the order would work, except that it was too large. This item was a pair of navy dipper pants in a petite size. I requested an exchange for a smaller size for this item. I received an email indicating that the pant was no longer available and they cancelled the exchange and refunded the entire amount. They couldn't be bothered to send an email to ask if another color would work - they just cancelled it. I found that the pant is still shown as available on line - in other colors, but for $25 more. I emailed to ask them what had happened and why, and requested that they remedy the situation by sending the item I requested in a different color. Their response was to indicate that their policy was not to hold up exchanges or returns for any reason - they don't / won't try to contact the customer because it takes too much time. I was advised that I could order another pair of the pants in a different color, but that I would have to pay the current price - $25 higher. I won't ever deal with Athleta again. They do not care about their customers - at all!
