Don't know where to start but botttom line is STAY AWAY FROM THEM or they'll rip you off. They let you use the online system to setup faster, sounds good, right??? WRONG. They let you do it so they start making money out of you quick even though you're account may have not been fully activated. The real test comes when you cancel for some reason and they let you mail (NOT EMAIL OR FAX) a signed letter (Funny they didn't ask for that while setting up your account, smell the rat already???) instead. This is a smart attempt to delay the cancellation process as much so they can slap you with additional cost until they receive your letter. In my case my account wasn't fully activated but their worst customer service lost no apportunity to squeeze bucks out of my pocket.
