oh boy, Grandmother was a real trip. She used to tell us stories how she went by Boat from Hamburg, Germany to South America. The trip took 3 weeks and couldn't possibly have been comfortable.
But she brought back lots of great recipes.
I don't think South American people eat a lot of bread as we know it, but I have some great recipes for filled and stuffed "breads".

I loved this review and will have to try this one of these days. I am into bread making and have a starter going this very minute.
