LEAKY INK CARTRIDGES! BEWARE! SAVE YOUR PRINTER!!!!

I will NOT order from this company again. I'm sorry I did in the first place. I ordered $50 worth of OEM replacement ink for my CanonMP600 printer. Opened up the black ink cartridge and it leaked a little, but this has happened before with one or two ink cartridges and I never had a problem. I put the black cartridge in and moved on to the magenta. My hands are now stained hot pink because as soon as I took the plastic piece off at the bottom, ink went everywhere. I used a paper towel to clean the ink cartridge up a bit and once I thought I stopped the leaking, I put it in the slot. That was where I went terribly wrong. In the next 20 minutes, I attempted to print a photo. The whole photo was pink tinted. No other colors except black and pink. If there were other colors they couldn't be seen.
Needless to say I pulled out the ink cartridges immediately and began cleaning my printer which had ink EVERYWHERE inside. I cleaned it up the best I could, even cleaning out the cartridge slots with paper towels to help absorb the messes.
I will be gladly going to the store to pay full price for Canon ink cartridges tomorrow right after I call customer service to return my whole order. I am not taking another chance on these horrible products. I am also hoping that this incident didn't totally mess up my printer because I cannot afford another one. And if it did, I will promptly be reporting them to the BBB. I suggest anyone with similar problems do the same.
UPDATE: I sent the cartridges back two weeks ago and the company is claiming that they haven't received them. At first, they didn't want to give me a postage paid return label and wanted me to pay the postage to return them. After I refused and asked to speak to a supervisor, they finally caved and e-mailed me a return label. I followed all the instructions they gave me, including writing my order number on the outside of the box, but they say they haven't received them. I find it hard to believe that it has taken the post office over 2 weeks to deliver this package. Good luck trying to return products to this company, they do NOT want to give you your money back and accept fault. They also take forever to return e-mails and the customer service reps do not seem like they want to help you at all.
Thankfully, I managed to successfully clean out my printer myself. After 2 hours with a Q-Tip, my printer is working correctly again.
