Placed the order on 1/17/10 with a 4-6 delivery date. The order page said "complete." The listed phone number was out of order. Repeated emails went unanswered. Phone calls were not returned. Finally spoke to a woman who was pleasant, but said they were backlogged due to volume. Why that was not communicated is beyond me. Today is May 5, 2010 and I have still not received the magazine. I am completely amazed that with the amount of people looking for work, you cannot find better customer service. This is completely unacceptable. I have asked for refunds, I have emailed, called, left messages. The one time I got through, I was promised a supervisor would return my call. I certainly do not recommend this company to anyone.
