Introduction
This is the first time I'm writing a review, don't ask me why. I assume most people write a review for the first time because they are upset about the service/product/price they received. Not so by me.
I buy lots of stuff online, from clothes to lighting to food (once in a while), but I never bought home improvement items. I was nervous, but when I redid part of my first floor (part of my two-story Victorian) I took the plunge.
The Products
The bathroom was the focus of my purchasing from HomeClick. I bought a Toto Drake CST744S toilet and a Schon SCL400CP faucet.
The Site
I found the Home Click website to be very user-friendly and easy to navigate to find what I wanted. I didn't do a search, I just browsed. As this is the first site I clicked on when I was searching for "Toto Toilets" (I think I just like the name Toto!), I didn't really use the search capabilities much. Once I found the toilet I wanted I browsed for the faucet. After I chose what I wanted I made sure the HomeClick price was good.
The Price
I priced around and it seemed that, of the established sites, HomeClick had the best price with the free shipping. I also found a coupon online that gave me 10% off. So that was good.
The Purchase
Honestly, I don't remember much about the checkout, besides the standard confirmations and emails. I guess it's a good thing that nothing bad stood out. Like I said I buy lots of stuff online and it seems that Home Click follows the standards.
Shipping
As I said, the shipping was free. Obviously it wasn't the rush shipping, but it arrived in about a week.
The Products
I happen to like toilet and I'm not so hot over the faucet but, either way, it wouldn't be a reflection on them.
Conclusion
HomeClick.com met my expectations and I would recommend them to all!
