Horrible experience. Order Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the Thursday prior to Mother's Day. The delivery was rescheduled without notice to me for the day after Mother's Day. The only way I found out about the reschedule of the delivery was that I checked the tracking on line. It certainly was not due to the company contacting me to give me additional options. I called 1-800-flowers.com and agreed to allow the delivery the day after for partial credit with a coupon and called my mother and apologized because I felt limited with my options as I live far away and could not even express mail a card. When the flowers arrived the day after Mother's Day they were limp, could not even be put in a vase to display. I called 1-800-flowers.com explained the previous issue with the reschedule of the delivery that I worked with them regarding that matter and asked that given that situation that they redeliver the order to my mother with flowers that were presentable, however, they refused to redeliver without charging me for an entire new order. I was very disappointed given the circumstances surrounding this matter in that I ordered the flowers with plenty of delivery time and delivery was rescheduled without notice. When the flowers were delivered, they were limp and could not even be displayed in a vase. They failed in all instances. Will not use again.
