We've had great experiences with this company. We have placed two different orders and they both processed quickly and we received the merchandise within a week. We are very impressed with the service. We received several emails letting us know the status of our order, and the shipping date (and tracking number) for the order.
They carry a wide range of products and their prices seem to be very competitive. We wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. However, we did notice the price of our item increased about $60 between the 1st and 2nd order.
One very big plus is they offer free shipping – both ways (in case you need to return the item).
It was easy to create an account. We did have to request our password to be resent, and we received it very quickly and with no hassles.
We haven’t had any reason to contact their customer service department. I did notice that their contact information is very easy to find, and includes an email address, phone number, and online chat feature. They also have a detailed policy section, which clearly states their return policies.
Overall we are pleased with the service we have received and will use this company for future orders.
