I read this at 3 AM when I myself couldn't sleep & sometimes late at night you go there. Go to the deep darkness & the what if's or why's. I understand & think we true artists suffer in the night on occasion. Hang in there buddy!

Pretty heavy stuff here, are the twins keeping you up nights and can't get a good night sleep. Wishing for that long lost forever sleep cycle at your young age is daubting.
It is a new side of you that is surprising from a Pro football fan, or did your team lose again and screwed up your predictions.
