My experience in December was dismal. Despite waiting months, I never received the item I ordered, and I have been unable to get in touch with Customer Service because there is literally no one to talk to. I contacted the seller several times, but never received an answer. When I went to file a claim, nothing happened. Today I learned that any disputes have to be done by snail mail. So far, every inquiry has gone unanswered, and now almost 6 months later, I am out $30. You take your chances buying things there.
I purchased an artist's book in December which was listed in "good" condition. I paid $11 for it, but when it arrived the covers were literally falling apart, the staples rusted, and the front cover was torn. I registered a complaint with the seller, but, of course, they never replied. Just be careful about what you buy, and make certain you can accept whatever they send you in whatever condition it is when it comes to your doorstep. Just because the seller lists an item in "excellent" or "good" condition doesn't mean it will arrive that way. I have had this problem with four purchases, and I have not purchased anything from them since December. When I want books or movies, I use alternative sites.
